All applications are on a flat fee basis. This means you know how much the work is going to cost you before you start.
All fees stated below are for services only and do not include disbursements such as costs for skills assessment, health or character checks, State/Territory nomination or the application fee payable to the Department of Immigration and Citizenship.
An estimate of legal fees (excluding VAT*) for the most common visa categories is outlined below.
Short-term temporary visas including working holiday visas, tourist visas and short stay business visas: £100
Investor retirement visas: £500
Temporary visas to undertake the equivalent of GCSEs, A levels, Bachelor degree, masters degree or PhD: £750
Permanent visas or temporary visas rolling into permanent visas including parent visas, partner and fiancé visas, child, carer and relative visas: £750
Temporary employer-sponsored visas: £750
Permanent employer-sponsored visas: £1000
Temporary visas (which roll into permanent visas) including business owner, investor and senior executive visas: £1000
State/Territory sponsored business owner, investor and senior executive visas: £1500
